Pineapples and Love is not responsible for unanticipated delays incurred by the shipping provider


Returns are allowed within 14 days from the time of purchase. Customers are free to choose a shipping provider for their returns, and are responsible for all associated costs.

Returns may qualify to be free of charge in the instance of a defective product. You may always acquire your purchase number by writing to

Before your order is shipped it is fully checked by our quality control team, but if you happen to receive a damaged product, please notify Pineapples and Love immediately and we will provide a replacement free of charged. Products that are returned to us that are damaged, stained or are not in the original box will not be accepted and will be promptly shipped back.


ALL refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. To qualify for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions.


  • Must be in the same condition they were received.
  • Cannot be washed, dirty or damaged
  • Must be in the original box they came in
  • Must be contained in external packaging other than Pineapples and Love packaging such as shipping-grade wrap, box or carton.


All requests for exchanges must be made within 14 days from the time of purchase. You are entitled to exchange your product once for another size for FREE.

For exchange of a different model or color of shoes– you will be refunded the amount paid upon return and you may re-purchase your preferred product.

Customers are responsible for shipping products back to Pineapples and Love, and will incur all costs related to taxes, duties and shipping methods. The only exceptions that are made on this clause are for defective products.
